Dr. Moses Arinaitwe is a Public Health Specialist with over 17 years of experience leading monitoring, evaluation, and financial oversight of health systems and disease control programs in sub-Saharan Africa. He has extensive expertise in World Bank service delivery audits, tuberculosis strategic planning, and evaluation and research on accountability for maternal and child health services framework. He has supported national and subnational health ministries in Cameroon, Côte d'Ivoire, Mali, Madagascar, Niger, and Uganda.
