Ronald has over 18 years of experience driving data-driven health program improvements across East Africa. He has led the design and implementation of M&E frameworks for high-impact initiatives funded by USAID, Global Fund, CDC, PEPFAR, and UNAIDS. Ronald has a proven record in strengthening national health information systems, scaling digital health innovations such as the Uganda Electronic Medical Records (U-EMR), and aligning donor-funded projects with national strategic goals.
